"The grainy nose evokes pumpernickel, rye spices and peppercorns which blend with rich honey and burnt crème brûlée. A softer palate reveals honey, treacle toffee, butterscotch, and thick oak, which becomes orangey with water. Fruity hints of red apple, pear, grapes and melon, lead to a light, bright, and creamy palate with citrus spices like cardamom."
