"Vanilla, new American oak and charcoal dominate the nose, which is reminiscent of opening a bourbon cask. The palate builds with wood polish, big maple syrup notes, dried fruit sweetness, dark chocolate and a touch of clove. Rye bread, black pepper and burnt coconut round out the finish."
