"The nose is dominated by a woody, resinous scent, enriched by vanilla custard, a touch of pine and a pronounced black pepper aroma. The palate experiences a sharp blend of black pepper, vanilla, and caramel. Flavours of vanilla fudge and crumbly brown sugar are present, with pine needle oil nuances and a lasting cinnamon bark presence that leads to a fruity, peppery finish."
