"Cereal, caramel, and vanilla dominate, along with a vegetal note and hints of honey, toffee, and sherry. Despite its lightness and delicacy, this is not a typical rye, presenting a jumbled quality with a light finish. Water improves the balance, softening the harsher elements, and revealing baked apple pie and sugared apple flavours with underlying notes of wholemeal bread."
