"Smells like new make, although there’s an initial creme brûlée note which is lovely. Nutty, with a slightly raw woodiness and sawdust notes. There are some treacle notes on the palate, alongside cooked dark fruit. There’s an interesting biscuity spice on the finish that lasts quite a while.
