TASTING NOTE:
"Buttery nose, whipped cream, tropical fruit, vanilla, buttered biscuits, shortbread cookie, cocoa, dried coconut. Adding some water reveals a hint of smoke. Sweet nose, yet has enough going on to keep you entertained. Very syrupy, thick with a profound sweetness and some mild to medium peat on the palate. Adding water diminishes the sweetness a little and adds a dimension of dryness in the finish with a hint of anise, dark chocolate. The flavor feels complex but lacks balance as flavors. Sweetness is overwhelming and does not work very well with medicinal pharmaceutical peatiness of iodine.
