TASTING NOTE:
"A real sherry candy shop on the nose; green grapes, oaken-oxidised vino heaven, molasses, baked banana, cola bottles, overly-ripe pineapple esters, parma violets, sherbet, almonds, fig syrup and so much more. Brilliance. The palate is exquisitely balanced. A wonderful viscosity showcases stewed stone fruits, baked pear, liquorice - amazing wood quality. The finish is wonderful; a tart citrus flavour; lemon pastries and dominating, heavyweight wood tannins. Overall, this is stellar. Great at 46%abv.
