"This whisky presents a complex profile, beginning with a nose of dusty vanilla pods, apple pie, and raw puff pastry, alongside some sweet vegetal notes. The palate is silky and rich, featuring millionaires shortbread, garibaldi biscuits, and malted milk biscuits, complemented by gentle baking spice. While there is some fruitiness, there's a real alcohol prickle keeping this whisky very bright and vibrant."
