"A golden brown hue introduces vanilla pecan pie and Fruity Pebbles aromas. Spicy and earthy on the nose, these notes are complemented by grainy, polished oak, and hints of ethanol. The palate reveals dry spices, dense cacao, cinnamon raisin flavours, and high rye content, with an oak-forward profile. Adding water unveils sweet cream. The finish gives sweet plums and soft black walnut bitters."
