"The nose hints at oak, sawdust, tropical aromas and subtle scents of French vanilla, caramel and marshmallow. The palate reveals a strong oak presence, with black tea and tannic qualities. Complexity emerges with sweet, spicy, malty notes alongside somewhat unbalanced flavours of cranberry and red currant. A pleasant mouthfeel leads to a diverse profile with rye spice and caramel on the mid palate before ending on a beautifully satisfying and persisting finish."
