"Quite floral on the nose, but on the palate that classic rye character comes through. A very nicely balanced rye, with Christmas spices and sweetness. Very piney, with sweet bread and toffee notes developing. The palate brings more herbs (mint), with lots of spirit and woody spice. Well integrated despite its youthful feel."
